Howdy! I'm Neil, and I have been involved in the music industry for almost a decade.

In 2024, I graduated with a Bachelor of Music at the acclaimed Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Majoring in Contemporary Performance, I have had the privilege of studying and training under the tutelage of the country's finest musicians.

Since graduating, I have had the honour of playing guitar and bass for a number of bands, solo artists, projects, musicals, and festivals. A couple of my favourites include Time – A Pink Floyd Tribute, RubyHoo, the jukebox musical Head Over Heels, 13 The Musical, the Western Australian Charity Orchestra, and more!

I began teaching guitar and bass in 2021, and since then have worked at various music schools around Perth. Now, I am an experienced educator who is passionate about nurturing the next generation of musicians. As a guitar and bass mentor, my calm and relaxed teaching style provides an easy learning and growth environment. I highly encourage my students to explore their own musical identities and experience immense joy when witnessing how well my students are processing.

I hope that my experience as a student, a tutor, and a performer in the music industry is able to help you along in your musical journey, and I look forward to helping you reach your music goals!
